October Special

TCA (trichloroacetic acid) is an alpha-hydroxy acid much like my beloved glycolic acid. TCA is "old school." We used it in concentrations of 35% for total skin resurfacing before lasers came along, but I'm going to make the argument here that such a nifty ingredient shouldn't be abandoned. Like all alpha-hydroxy acids, it has the rare ability of a topical product to penetrate into the dermis and increase collagen production. My new signature Polish Peel contains 17% TCA, among other goodies, to polish up your skin for a lovely fall glow, but without the irritation of the higher concentrations. I've been performing a Polish Peel on myself once a quarter for maintenance, and I am loving it.

You can maintain your results at home with Nightly Polishing Cream, which contains 2% TCA, 9% vitamin C, and 0.02% tretinoin (the equivalent of Renova or Refissa). This product is truly a "one stop shop" for someone who wants to streamline their skin care regimen.

For the month of October, get one Polish Peel plus a bottle of Nightly Polishing Cream for $249 (a $450 value).
